just came back from gym.
went to bishan gym today with terance.
he stays in clementi now so we went to some place inbetween clementi n hougang.
before that we met up at orchard.
pastamania-ed.
got my num singlet.
still havent got my slippers.
need them desperately cause i cant wear havaianas on one foot and another brand on another.

the bishan gym sucks lah seriously.
the machines are weird.
compared to hougang gym, hougang gym's like a hundred times better.
the bishan gym stinks too.
theres some sort of smell erupting from the seats.
n it spreads throughout the gym.
disgusting man seriously.

okay im back from new zealand :D

it was really fun there.
didnt feel like coming back to singapore.
the scenery was beautiful.
the days were good.
the times were good.
n the peacefulness was good.

i came back, n my parents started quarelling.
that was when i realised it was so peaceful when i was in nz.

---tour guide---
got nothing much to say about her.
sometimes she really sucks.
makes u wanna scold her head off.
but sometimes quite funny lah.
n she flirts with the bus driver in front of everyone =.=

---bus driver---
hes really good man.
hes a bus driver cum tour guide.
as he drives, he tells everyone about this place, how's it unique n stuff.
n somemore, during the trip, his bro passed away.
but he still put a smile on his face, to cover up the sadness n misery, and was an awesome guide.
he was an awesome driver too.
normally i would get mountainsick when i go up/down a mountain.
but then leh, i didnt this time.
somemore i was sitting at the very back lah.

---people---
didnt really talk much to the people there.
partly cause the tour guide didnt initiate a self introduction programme.
so everyone was kept in their own world.
and we had to initiate on our own to talk to each other.
n for singaporeans, thats like almost impossible.
cause everyone's so shy/anti-social.
no offence though.

---activities---
activities were damn fun seriously.
got helicopter ride.
got something like a roller coaster ride.
got cruise.
got jet boating.

damn fun.
but then lei, the cost for all these wasnt included in the tour package.
n damn ex.
but worth it lah.

there was a snow landing for the heli ride.
n when u stepped down, sometimes ur feet would go down into the snow, 50-70cm deep.
knee length those kind.
cris n i made random footprints all over the snow.
in all directions. haha.

jet boat was awesome.
the ride was damn cool.
but too bad we didnt go through the rapids.
but pro enough liao :D

the cruise to me wasnt worth it lah.
go cruise.
see scenery.
makan lunch.
250nz dollars.
which is around 200sing ba.

although heli was 350nz, was really worth it.
n the driver drive helicopter like playing some arcade game lidat lah =.=
just one joystick to move here n there.
lol.

the somewhat like roller coaster ride was a ride on this vehicle.
the vehicle was for operation in antarctica.
was somewhat roller coaster ride cause it went down steep slopes.
n that gave the turbulence feeling.
u know, those whereby u from high drop to low, n only gravity pushes you down.
then u feel as if ur heart's coming out of ur mouth?
yeah that feeling.
awesome man :D

on the way back on the plane, chionged movie marathon again.
4movies also.
on the way there caught 3 movies i think.
so plus those i watched in theatres,
i caught around 16movies in a month.
lolol.

overall, this trip was really worth it.
cause it was fun, and exciting, and........... just really very worth it lah.
no regrets whatsoever.
im happy :)

wahaha finally back in singapore :D
came back around 3hours ago, at 615.
damn tired now.
cause didnt sleep.
left italy at 12pm [italian time].
reached singapore at 1115pm [italian time]
but then due to time difference, 1115pm in italy means 615am in singapore.
so until now haven slept yet.
cause i know if i sleep, im gonna be jetlagged tonight, n the feeling sucks man seriously.

ok backtrack to milan!

almost missed the train to milan.
we were waiting at the wrong platform.
10mins before the train to milan left then we boarded it.

milan was freezing man.
took a cab to the hotel upon reaching there.
13mins cab ride, costs 16euros.

hotel room was damn small.
i was in the same room with my auntie n mum.
but then lae, my bed was totally isolated from them.
n in between us was the toilet.

was at this department store.
they sold a2 size posters for 5.90euros
which is around 11sing ba.

oh ya. one day after i left venice, cnn news reports on tv said that venice was flooded man.
bloody hell damn lucky.
or else we would be stranded there, unable to go anywhere else.
the whole city was flooded till waist level man.

went to this lake called lake como or something.
beautiful man.
d water was so clear until the riverbed could be seen.

when i was there, it suddenly occured to me that my mind was fooling me all along.
felt like throwing away some of the stuffs that i bought.
i was like "fuck man how come i totally forgot about that?"

on the train to florence, i discovered that my auntie had elite beat agents on her ds.

reached salerno by train.
stayed at my auntie's house while in salerno.
a different auntie.
this auntie i really cannot take it.
shes obsessed over her pet.
middle of the night must bring him to pee.

then everytime we go out she cannot keep her mind off her pet.
then dont dare come singapore cause she CANT BEAR TO LEAVE HER PET WTF.

then there was one night where my mum n 2aunties talked to her about her obsession.
so she started getting emo.
then started crying wtf.
she care for her pet until dont care about herself wth.

but then again, its something that can never be done in singapore.
oh well.

had a barbecue during one of the nights at salerno.
was totally a failure i could say.
cause italy didnt sell chicken wings [just the wings]
and no one sold stingray there.

drove to pompeii today.
on the way there saw mount vesuvius, the volcano which full geog students learnt about.
cool man didnt expect to see it.
didnt even know it was there until my uncle mentioned it.
pompeii was boring. it was like some ancient ruin. sian.

the last two days in salerno were fucking boring man seriously.
both days, my uncle drove for 3.5hours to a place.
JUST TO EAT LUNCH WTF.
so drive there n back, 7hours.
7hours in a car doing nothing.

back to rome!!!

although rome was boring, but hor, i think overall thats the best place lah.
after all its the capital of italy, so naturally would be nicer n more fun.
back to rome to see stuffs that we had not seen during out first visit.

they had this tiber river, n it was gonna overflow its banks.
maybe today or tmr, rome will be flooded.
if that is so, i would have escaped two floods in 3weeks sia.

VENICE - boring beginning till the boring end

okay gonna blog about venice today.
gonna be boring.
cause venice is damn boring.


starting impression of venice was : "omg wtf its so beautiful man. awesome"
2-4 hours later : "SIAN JI BUA. bloody hell how come venice so boring"


---26th nov---
took a train to venice.
ticket costs 59euros wtf.
at venice, sat a waterbus to the apartment.
we werent staying in a hotel, just a apartment rented from someone there.
there all water wad.
so no bus no taxi, got waterbus got watertaxi.
ticket costs 31euros for 3days.
damn expensive.


the apartment sucked.
the water temperature of the shower would vary as and when it wanted.
so bathing was a torture.
n the water level was damn little.
wash hair can wash until pekcek.
but then leh, there got free wifi.
so not bad lah overall :D


went for dinner n shopping after that.
saw this porn illusion.
took a video of it. will post it when i get back to singapore.


suddenly at 5pm, many ppl started messaging me happy birthday.

ate squid ink spaghetti for dinner.
d waitress told me it was fried squid spaghetti.
so i thought it normal spaghetti plus some calamari or something.
but when the food came, good damnit it was spaghetti soaked in squid ink wtf.

considering the serving size, v worth it le ba.

bought something there for a friend. :)
